Arianne Moser, lic. oec., is a member of the board of directors of Bucher (Motorex), Similasan and Bernina International and a member of the strategy committee.

Her professional experience ranges from management, consulting and support of strategy formulation processes and strategy implementation for international companies and SMEs, to the development of business and brand positioning and marketing support.

Arianne Moser has successfully managed the succession planning and found a new majority shareholder for an SME. In the past, she has held different executive position in product, project and marketing management.

As member of the board of directors and member of the strategy committee at Schild, and as chairwoman of the board at Dropa, she successfully co-managed strategic change processes. She has many years of experience of working with non-profit organisations. 

Dr. Andreas Moser has more more than 20 years of experience in operative management positions in the area of human resources, in C-level corporate communications as well as in consulting and supporting organisations with strategic change projects.

In the past, CEOs have consulted Andreas Moser as an expert and advisor for mergers (of finance, healthcare or retail companies), for strategic implementation projects, for re-organisation projects as well as for executive coaching.

Strategy development, design of a strategy implementation process, design of large group events, communication concepts for change projects, mergers, and restructuring of executive boards are part of Andreas Moser’s core activities in cnsulting complex change processes.

Andreas Moser has several years of experience in the area of sports management such as fencing and as a manager of a regional training centre for alpine skiing.
